Current mood – Very annoyed
I have a bad customer service “aura” (for lack of a better word). I have known this for a while now but it still amazes me how often my orders gets screwed up. I have considered that maybe I’m not speaking clearly or loud enough but I can place an order online & it will still get screwed up. I can’t figure out what it is about me. The only thing all of these messed up, lost, & just plain wrong orders have in common is me. But I don’t know why.
Todays issue- I bought some products online a while back at Nordstrom.com. Promptly received an order confirmation stating they would arrive in 5-8 business days. Sounds good to me. But no, it’s not good. My order is lost because Nordstrom is having it drop shipped from the manufacturer. They can’t give me a tracking number, they don’t know when it’s going to arrive, they don’t even know where it is! AND they won’t cancel the order & refund my money. Please note, it is the week before Christmas. DAMMIT!

sorry to hear that. when you get the package in the mail just bring it back to the store and they will give you the product price back but not the shipping. They do have a good reture policy... you should have gotten better service.
